Welcome to MoneyRoo. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the MoneyRoo mobile application and related services (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service. We may update these Terms from time to time, and your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

2. Description of Service

MoneyRoo is a personal budget and savings application that enables users to:

• Set monthly budgets and category-based spending limits
• Track expenses and see where money is spent
• Create and track savings goals with milestones
• View spending and progress at a glance
• Manage personal finances in one place

The Service is provided for personal, non-commercial use. MoneyRoo is a budgeting and tracking tool and does not provide financial advice, process payments, or hold user funds.

3. User Accounts and Registration

3.1 Account Creation

To use certain features of the Service, you may create an account by providing accurate and complete information. You must be at least 13 years old (or 16 in the European Economic Area) to create an account.

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or use of your account.

4. User Content and Conduct

4.1 Your Content

You retain ownership of all content you submit to the Service, including budget data, expenses, and goals ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, store, and process your content solely to provide and improve the Service.

4.2 Content Accuracy

You are responsible for the accuracy of information you enter into the Service. We are not responsible for decisions you make based on data in the app. The Service does not constitute financial advice.

5. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws
• Impersonate another person or entity
• Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or other malicious code
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or other users' accounts
• Scrape, data mine, or use automated tools to access the Service
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
• Use the Service for commercial purposes without our written permission
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers

Violation of this Acceptable Use Policy may result in suspension or termination of your account.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, features, text, graphics, logos, and source code, is owned by MoneyRoo and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Service without our written permission.

"MoneyRoo" and our logo are trademarks of MoneyRoo. You may not use our trademarks without our prior written consent.

7. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE. MONEYROO IS A BUDGETING TOOL AND DOES NOT PROVIDE FINANCIAL, TAX, OR INVESTMENT ADVICE.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MONEYROO AND ITS AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL, RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM OR $100, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless MoneyRoo and its affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, your User Content, or your violation of any rights of another party.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without cause or notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases. We will delete your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable law.

10. Modifications to Service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any part thereof) at any time, with or without notice. We are not liable for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Service.

11. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which MoneyRoo is registered. If you have a dispute with us, you agree to first contact us to attempt to resolve the dispute informally.

12. General Provisions

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and MoneyRoo regarding the Service. If any provision is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
